2008 STALLION INCENTIVE

CATEGORY HIGH POINT ENROLLMENT FORM

· PRIOR to the START OF YOUR FIRST SHOW OF THE YEAR you MUST COMPLETE a Registration form in order for your points to count. There is a one time $25 office fee that needs to be submitted with this form.

· POINTS will consist of the class score earned for 5 shows.

· TO QUALIFY, horse must show in 3 out 5 shows.

· DIVISION: Each division will have a high scored cumulative horse for the year: Herd Work, Working Cow Horse, & Stockhorse (Dry) Work Only

· Copy of horse's papers must be submitted with this form.

· A DIFFERENT RIDER is allowed at a different show. (ie. Suzy Q rides Spot at the April show, & John M rides Spot at the May show.)
